How Much Is Postage

Most items include free UK P&P using Royal Mail 2nd Class. There are options at checkout to upgrade postage.

 

When will my order be delivered?

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class, but you can upgrade at checkout to 1st Class, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery for a faster service. While I cannot guarantee exact delivery times, Royal Mail provides estimated timeframes:

 • 2nd Class: 2-4 working days

 • 1st Class: 1-2 working days

 • Tracked 24: Next working day (estimated)

 • Special Delivery: Guaranteed next working day

 

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on Royal Mail’s service.

 

 

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns on personalised products, as they are made to order just for you. However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch.

 

For non-personalized items, returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

If you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please message me as soon as possible, and I will work quickly to resolve the issue.

 

Customs and import taxes

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
