What are your shipping options?

UK Standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow up-to 10 working days for this to arrive. You can upgrade to Signed For Postage and 1st Class postage at checkout.

International Postage is with Royal Mail. The options are International Standard or International Tracked, both of these services are 5-12 business days from dispatch. International Standard does not include tracking information.

Do you offer a return?

I do not accept
returns on personalised products, as they are made to order just for you.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch.

How do I send my images?

Upto 10 images can be send using the image upload on the product page.

Images can also be sent via email or WeTransfer to: sales@cherishedmoments.uk
