How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is FREE on most orders and is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Need your gift sooner? You can choose from faster delivery options at checkout, including 1st Class, Tracked 24 and Special Delivery.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are handmade and personalised especially for you. I aim to dispatch within 3 working days, with your estimated dispatch date shown when ordering.
Once dispatched, Royal Mail's usual delivery times are:
- 2nd Class: 2–4 working days
- 1st Class: 1–2 working days
- Tracked 24: Usually next working day
- Special Delivery: Guaranteed next working day*
Delivery times for standard services are estimates and may occasionally take a little longer.
*Subject to Royal Mail's Special Delivery terms and the service selected at checkout.
Can I return my order?
As personalised products are made especially for you, they cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Non-personalised items can be returned, with return postage paid by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch and I'll work quickly to put things right.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
For orders delivered outside the UK, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs processing can also occasionally delay international deliveries, which is outside our control.
