Returns

- We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.

- Simply contact us via email at sales@cherishedmoments.uk or through our Contact Page to begin the return.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back within 14 days of return approval.

- Unfortunately, personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.

- We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Exchanges & Faulty Items

- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll put it right.
